Mr. Colin McAllister Colin specializes in Executive Coaching, Management Consulting, Organizational Change Management and Business Innovation. He also support start ups in the role of Chief Operating Officer during early growth and capitalization.
Over the past 20 years, Colin has a proven record of accomplishment in the areas of strategy, change management, process improvement, business start-ups, partnerships, clinical studies and program management.
He has achieved this in the private and public sectors across five continents, partnering with all levels of Government, Fortune 500’s, Hi Tech start-ups and small and medium sized enterprises, community based not for profits to international charities.
He has held various leadership positions including the C-Suite in the areas of management, operations, business development and engineering design with organizations ranging from multinational matrix organizations and Crown Corporations to small- and medium-sized enterprises and start up ventures as well as not-for-profits.
Colin spends considerable time as an Executive Coach enabling successful senior leaders, high potentials and business owners to achieve measurable leadership growth, that is sustained, recognized and acknowledged by others.
His passion is spending as much time as possible with his young son and daughter (Finn and Sloane) and travelling to new destinations.
