As an Associate Consultant at Perspect, you will be challenged to develop firsthand knowledge of our clients’ critical business issues and advance your client-management, problem-solving and communication skills. You will apply a broad range of creative problem-solving skills, combining technical and analytical excellence. You will synthesize conclusions into recommendations and work directly with senior leaders to implement change. Everything you do is centred on achieving bottom-line results for our clients.
Projects tend to be fast, furious and brief, so you’ll rapidly gain experience across a wide range of business challenges and sectors. You’ll have to learn fast and be open to new challenges. You may not know the answer, but you are not afraid to be creative and find it independently.
Associates must have foundational knowledge across each of the core business functions (e.g., strategy, organization, operations, marketing and finance). You will have demonstrated proficiency in strategic planning, writing business plans and conducting environmental and competitive intelligence scans and detailed financial analysis.
If you have a degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Commerce or other related disciplines, or equivalent experience and are able to execute with precise attention to detail, we welcome you to consider becoming an Associate Consultant with our team.
Experience in project or program management, organizational change management, business process improvement and organizational design are considered value-added and desirable assets.
